This site is an independent comparison of new launches in Bangsar, published by a licensed negotiator promoting these projects. It is not the official website of any developer or project named on it, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to speak on behalf of those developers except where I act as an appointed marketing agent for a specific project, which will be disclosed to you directly during your enquiry.
2. Indicative information only
Project names, images, floor plans, unit sizes, and pricing shown on this site are compiled from public developer and third-party marketplace sources at the time of publication. Developers revise these details between launch phases without notice to me. Nothing on this site should be treated as a final price list, an offer for sale, or a guarantee of specification, completion date or investment return. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
