This notice explains how LIM KOK CHUAN (REN 31668), a Registered Real Estate Negotiator under Affinity Realty Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501024989), a licensed real estate agency (E(1)2146) ("I", "me", "my"), collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Who i am

This website is managed by LIM KOK CHUAN, a Registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN 31668) under the supervision of Affinity Realty Sdn Bhd, the licensed real estate agency (E(1)2146]) under which I am registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (LPPEH). I use this site to compile independent information about new condominium and serviced residence launches in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, and to connect enquirers with the relevant developer sales teams where appropriate.

2. What personal data we collect

  • Name, phone/WhatsApp number and email address submitted through the enquiry form.

  • Any project preferences, budget range or notes you choose to share in the message field.

  • Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) collected automatically via standard analytics and advertising tags, where enabled.

3. Why I collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry about a specific project or unit.

  • To share relevant project information, floor plans or updates you have asked about.

  • Where you have expressed interest in a specific developer's project, to introduce you to that developer's authorised sales team, with your knowledge.

  • To measure and improve the performance of this website and any advertising that links to it.

4. Legal basis and consent

I rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form, to collect and process your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting me using the details below; this will not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

5. Who I share it with

  • Affinity Realty Sdn Bhd, the licensed agency, where required for compliance or record-keeping purposes.

  • The relevant property developer's authorised sales personnel, only where your enquiry relates to their project and only to the extent needed to follow up with you.

  • Service providers who help me operate this website (e.g. hosting, form processing, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • I do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. How long i keep it

I retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a limited period afterward for record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or (where applicable) deletion of your personal data held by me, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact me using the details in Section 9.

8. Security

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted through this site against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
